How I Use Free Advertising Sites to Get Traffic
March 1st, 2009
Ok, so I feel a little silly using these free advertising forum sites. But the truth is I’ve found that they actually do bring consistent traffic and sometimes even a few sales.
Many of these free online advertising sites get tons of traffic. So if you get in the habit of posting to them regularly, you ads will certainly at least get seen, and you just might be a little shocked at the results.
Other than writing killer ad copy, there are no big secrets to making it work, but here are a few little tricks I use to maxmize my results:
First of all, if the forum allows it, I always make a “mega-thread.” This just means that I make a thread with one of my ads in it, and then I keep coming back and replying to that same thread over and over again with the same ad or a similar one. This automatically sends it to the top of the forum which is where you ads really get seen. On top of that, this type of thread will amass the most views and contain the most replies as compared with the plain old regular threads. It then has the appearance of great popularity.
Another thing I do is always give my own threads a five-star rating which provides instant credibility.
And lastly, I also reply to popular threads that others have posted using my own ads and gaining even more exposure.
I find that the only thing that it takes to be successful when posting to free advertising forums, is to come up with good ad copy and the just keep attacking the forums, posting my ads again and again whenever time permits. There is automatic forum posting software that makes it breeze too. Otherwise it can be a little boring and tedious. However, if you don’t want to use software to post ads, you can used tabs in your browser and keeps a bunch of tabs open with all of your forums.
I also post to the free classfieds sites along with the free ads forums that I post to. Again a few of these classifieds sites also have big traffic. They might as well be looking at your advertisement.
There’s something else to consider here too. These sites actually do count for having backlinks as far as the search engines go. These are not necessarily the most high-value links you can get of course, but they sure beat having no backlinks when your site is new or you are just getting started. The bigger ones seem to get spidered constantly. So using anchors with good keywords for your links can’t hurt a bit.
One final thing to think about: Though I’ve never tried it myself, I’ve often that if you get some profitable tactics going with the free ad sites and get a little system down, you could then outsource the posting and really dominate these sites. There’s no shortage of low-cost virtual assistants and freelancers eager to this type of thing. Food for thought anyway.

Free Ads Can Bring Traffic and Sales
February 20th, 2009
Many webmasters will tell you that the days of free advertising on the Internet are long gone. While it’s probably true that paid advertising is more effective, free advertising is far from dead.
There are many forms of free advertising, such as forum signatures, viral ebooks, and article marketing, which is indeed proof that free advertising is not dead. In this article however, we will just be looking at a simple and easy method, that of using free ads forums and classified advertising sites.
When it comes to placing free ads, it’s largely just a numbers game. The more ads you have circulating, the better the results. And there are tons of sites where you can place ads. The great thing about free advertising sites is that most will allow you to post your ads over and over. A lot of free ads forums make so you move your ad to the top with just a quick reply.
It’s easy to find sites to post your free ads. You can use Google or basically any search engine to do searches for terms such as free ads, free classifieds, free advertising forums, etc.
In order for free advertising to work, you have to keep doing it consistently. If you track your results, you’ll quickly learn which sites and what times are the most effective for placing ads. Knowing the best places to post your ads makes things a lot easier and saves time as well.
In the end, your offer will largely affect your success when it comes to free advertising campaigns. Advertising something that has wide appeal and is also free, will likely yield the best results. Offering something that would appeal to other advertisers and webmasters is a good thing, because those are the people that spend the most time at free ad sites. If you are offering something related to advertising, particularly free advertising, your ad will very likely be successful.
While posting free ads may not be the most effective traffic generator, it can certainly be effective enough to start pulling in some good targeted traffic, especially if you make the effort to do it on a consistent basis. And combining this method with other forms of free advertising, such as using forum signatures, social bookmarks, submitting articles, etc., it is quite possible to get a brand new or unnoticed site off ground in just a few short months.

New secret affiliate marketing tool
November 15th, 2008
At Last there is a way to know up front what are the best converting keywords
Search engines can drive a lot of traffic to your website, but you have to use them actively. For potential visitors to find your website, it must show up when they do a search. Create “signs” (keywords) that point a roadmap to your website. It is very important that you choose proper keywords for your site and by this, I mean the actual content on your website should include the same words that people would be typing in to a search engine. When the page contains the same words that people are searching for it becomes more relevant.
Find out which words people are searching for and be very specific in the use of those words. Page relevance is determined by having more specific keywords when people perform a search. The whole marketing strategy begins with the choice of keywords. Your target audience may never find you if you choose them incorrectly.
It can be complex to find keywords that people are searching for about your product. The words that you may use may not be the same words that they are typing in to find you because, unlike them, you know a lot about product. Finding keywords relevant to your niche is important and using online tools can help with this. A good service is Word Tracker but when you go to set up your pay per click campaign with Google ad words or Yahoo, they have keyword tools available as well and you should use them. The current searches being done by the people looking for your product or service are recorded, making these tools valid.
Once you have your keywords list is important to evaluate the potential effectiveness of them. A quick search for the keyword will show the number of results that appear so you can assess its popularity. The aforesaid services will also aid you at this. Search terms that are more popular are more likely to be entered into the search engines so you want to become relevant for those. Primarily, you should put yourself in the place of the consumer and set up your website so that someone who doesn’t know anything about you will be able to find you.
PPC Bully is an advanced keyword research tool developed by a highly experienced R&D team from Israel. It allows you to see exactly what your competitiors are doing, so you can “cash in” on their “test” and launch with the most lucrative combinations possible

Finding the proper combination for your AdWords campaign was tough, until AdWords software came along! If you just had one e-commerce website to manage, then possibly it may have been possible to manually work through all the various combinations, determining the optimum balance between the selection of keywords and the bid values.
Why You Need Some Software?
But what if you are a professional Internet marketer responsible for managing the advertising campaigns of like 1000s of sites? Or what if you are an affiliate marketer selling 1000s of products? Where will you find the time to manually manage the AdWords campaigns for all the sites or products? This is where AdWords software can help you.

Today, new AdWords software is introduced every month, which can cost like thousands of dollars! So how do you decide which is the right one? How do you find out if the software really does what it boasts of doing? The truth is that most of the e-books and software being sold on this subject fail to provide you with any extra information that you don’t already know! So how do you find out which one is the “magic lamp of Aladdin”?
How To Select The Right AdWords Software?
Here is a simple, yet effective, 4-step program to help you search for genuine software for your AdWords campaign.
- How much money is the owner making from that software? And by “making money”, I don’t mean the money he makes by selling this software to other people! Ask him to show legitimate proof of the income earned by him using his AdWords software for his AdWords campaigns. If he is unable to or unwilling to show such monetary details, then rest assured that it is just a scam.
- After-sales support. While it is important to have some proof of income in front of you, before you buy the software, equally important is having a good after-sales support from the owner. Training manuals, video tutorials, customer support, all these are very important to help you derive the greatest benefits from the AdWords software.

- Ease of use. Not all of us are born techies! So if your software isn’t easy to use, chances are that you will not be able to use it effectively. Infact, if it requires an overtly complicated installation or configuration procedure, you might not be able to use it at all, and end up claiming a refund! That would be indeed a waste of time!
- Customer reviews. The internet makes it very easy today to search for past user reviews regarding just about anything! So use this facility to your advantage. Read what the other users of that software have to say about it, and learn how effective it was or is for them.
By using effective AdWords software, which has a well-proven track-record, you can turn your own AdWords campaign into a money-minting venture!

Simple Internet Marketing Techniques For The Small Business Owner
October 5th, 2008
By Claire Bullerwell
A small business may not have the manpower or resources as a large corporation but with current technology and a broadband internet access, a small business owner can scale up and play with the big boys. Internet marketing for a small business can be affordable and reach the right type of prospects.
The bare minimum for any small business is internet presence via a website. A well-designed website shows what the business offers, easily loads and is easily navigable. The colors on the website must be easy on the eye, and not interfere with the text on the page. The aim is to inform the internet user about the business and what it offers. The website will not only sell the business but also itself, making the interested browser to keep coming back to the page and will increase Web site traffic.
A website address should also be easy to remember, as well as easy to find. There are many inventive ways to name a web site, as long as it still sound slike the business name.Finding the website from the beginning requires search engine optimization.
Depending on the services or merchandise being offered, a shopping cart may or may not be added to the site. E-commerce payment options would include credit card, checks, bank transfers or postal money orders. For these, there are third-party plug-ins from the internet.
When a buyer searches the internet for a product, he uses a search engine like Google or Yahoo! Search engine optimization is a process where the website is developed and prepared in order to have good web-site search results.
A more interactive internet marketing tool is a blog. A blog (short for “web log”) gives the blogger and small business owner a promotional venue for products and services. In addition it would show the small business owner’s technical expertise on the business. Or be a marketing tool describing the latest specials or promotional offers and working to increase Web site traffic.
PPC search engine internet marketing (ppc=pay per click) is a very favorable form of advertising for small and large businesses wanting to advertise online. It is incredibly cost-effective and you can test your marketing advertisements out for very little money.
Podcasting is a relatively small niche which the small business owner can avail of. However, not all businesses are a good fit for podcasting. A travel agency, a flower shop, or a bookstore podcast would entice the listeners to availing of the services the business offers.A podcast on a precise topic could help market technical consultant services.
An affiliate network is a more advanced form of marketing tool for a small business. An affiliate network gives the small business a relatively quick way of growing reach and acquiring website traffic. In it’s simplest form, affiliate network is a form of commission based selling. The affiliate earns by either sending internet users (also called “traffic”) to the business web-site.There are many forms of commission-based schemes based on page views, clicks and actual sales.
Another advantage of this tool is that the business owner does not have to manage the affiliates, aside from writing commission checks. The affiliates sign up on their own to then add the ads and banners to their web sites/blog. There are third-party sites which do the tracking for affiliate networks which cater to specific products and services.
However, there are so many affiliate programs on the Net today, affiliates are getting very choosey when deciding on the best affiliate programs to join in order to receive the best commission available.
It is then up to the affiliates to promote and advertise the small business’ products/service. One popular method is affiliate article marketing which is really taking off at the moment.Affiliates then write and distribute articles to help promote and advertise merchants’ products.
Although the methods for internet marketing may have different degrees of technical expertise needed, these tools are available. The small business person can choose which tool is fitting for his business in terms of reach, target market and internet presence. The small business owner is not limited to the immediate community and dependent on traditional methods of reaching out to the market and. Any techniques that increase Web site traffic and also improve profits.
